Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment within a fast paced, customer focused environment
  • Build an external bank of talent within your related disciplines, through proactive recruitment and networking events, and innovative talent pipelining strategies.
  • Proactively build the JD employer brand externally within your network, utilisingsocial media, events,and careers fairs.
  • Ability to understand the specific skills, matching these with the requirements of the role.
  • Relaying initial candidate insights to the hiring manager at critical points such as interview and offer management stages.
  • From first candidate touch point,be a professional advocate of the JD group.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring candidatesare well informed and looked after at each stage of the recruitment journey.
  • Ensure business areas follow a structured interview process, identifyinghigh performing candidates within the market that match our business requirements and values.
  • Provide in depth acquisition data to the Talent Acquisition senior leadership team and line managersfor review.
  • Collate, upload,and manage live vacancies onto ATS, Linkedin and other resourcing outlets.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system to filter and update online applications for vacancies.
  • Assistwith careers fairs off site and virtually.
  • Ensure all job descriptions are up to date and utilised throughout recruitment process 

 

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE NEEDED: 

 

  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment within a fast-paced, customer facing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in Stakeholder manager / influence throughout hiring cycles
  • An excellent external network & knowledge of good acquisition practises in other leading organisations which is kept up to date
  • Experience of presenting acquisition data such as cost to fill, time to hire.
  • HR & ATS systems knowledge.
  • Proficient on Linked-in Recruiter.
  • Data-driven mindset and experience with recruitment marketing
  • Ability to build & Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders/ Hiring Managers
  • This role will require frequent travel across Southern Regions (London Central, South & Wales) as well as our head office in Bury, Greater Manchester.
  • This role can be based in either Bury Head office or London Oxford Street
