Role overview:
As a Creative ProjectLeadyou will play a pivotal rolein the creative vision and execution of the brands within the size? Group; size?,HIP and Footpatrol. You will work closely with the Marketing Lead and Brand Lead in size? Group – with specific responsibility forthe whole creative process, from creative ideation and concepting, through to team & project planning totakethe agreed creative idea and bringit to lifethendelivering thefinaloutcomefor various channels including digital(static & motion) and print media. Leading a creative team of skilled photographers, stylistsand artworkers, you will possessstrong photography and video knowledge and be confident combining ideationand creative problem solving. The ProjectLeadis aware of emerging and current internal and external talent to engage the best teams for each project. You will manage pre-production with internal teams and stakeholders securing budget(from the marketing team), production schedules and any outside suppliers prior to shoot. You will be confident managing crew on set plus on location and overseeing projects in the studio, ensuring all production elements connect seamlessly in the project lifecycle and are complete, on budget, on time and on brand. You will work collaboratively to deliver the creative from beginning to end and ensure the effective delivery of world class static & motionproductions. You must be comfortable working withboth large production budgetsand much smaller budgets, finding creative and innovative solutions to bring projects in on budget. You will possessexcellent negotiating skills and be comfortable negotiating rates with any external suppliers.
Responsibilities:
As a Creative Project Lead, yourresponsibilitywill beto lead, supportand motivate a high-performingcreativeteam of photographers, stylists and artworkers
You will report into the Head ofBrandand Marketing, working alongside the Brand Lead and Marketing Lead, ensuring the delivery of assets on time and on budget
Work on a wide range of projects and manage them from brief through to final delivery, working on multiple work streams at once
Execute strong stakeholder management, communicate, and collaborate effectively and regularly with key members of the business to maintainsmooth processes
Excellent time management skills combined with the ability to traffic manage and delegate work appropriately
Ensure regular creative and production meetings are in place to maintaininformation flow, project progress and daily milestones to make sure each member of the creative team stays on track throughout their projects
Consistently maintainhigh-quality projects in line with size? Groupguidelines and creative requirements
Responsibility for managing costs and budgets across projects, delivering them within budget while maintainingstakeholder satisfaction
You will have a production network locally within Manchester and across the UK
Manage and contract 3rd party vendors
Awareness of rules surrounding usage fees, talent, contracts and shooting abroad
Work on pitch & proposal budgets and will strive to find cost efficiencies at every opportunity whilst managing and controlling profit margins
Health and Safety is at the forefront and priority for cast and crew. Full risk assessments are completed before shooting, seeking approval with management prior to shooting
You will be responsible to ensure Call Sheets, Run of Schedules, and PPMs are in place by Producers for all projects
Support in general tidiness, organisationand maintenance of the studioin Manchester

Meet and exceed personal and studio KPI’s whilst also ensuring to meet the expected quality required

Mentor and coach junior team members, offering development opportunities in line with department goals to support their growththrough regular 121s and PDPs
Working closely with the Senior management team to deliver the business goals, includinga focus on delivering and critically reviewing the development of long-term business objectives, effectively translating them across the team structure
Manage the team admin, including; annual pay reviews and bonuses, evaluating the team within the set framework; ensuringreturn to work, holidays and sickness is filled in appropriately and liaise withthe People Operations team.

Skills and Experience:
Excellent and proven creative ideation and execution skills
Excellent and proven management experience
The ability to supervise a team of photographers, stylists and artworkers
Excellent track recordin executing campaigns across multiple shoots at any one time
Extensive experience of project budget management and scheduling
Significant experiencein managing shoot production in a creative or production agency
Extensive experience producing both photography and video from conceptionthrough to postproduction including significant on set experience
Excellent experience working on delivery schedules
Must be organised and able to manage workloads
Exemplary communicator
Excellent business acumen, able to negotiate in order toreach the best possible outcome
Maintain a strong and broad knowledge of fashion content trends
Able to work accurately, effectively, and quickly turn work around whilst maintaininga high levelof quality
Display high levelsof resilience and leadership
