Role overview:
Reporting to the Creative ProjectLead this role requires a flexible creative thinker to design, develop
and deliver ready to use content for both retail & digital channels and drive consistency across the
brand to achieve best in class creative campaigns.
This role is focussed on the development of HIP’s aesthetic within branded products & content that
we carry. You will develop and deliver a dynamic creative identity the fascia ensuring it’sclearly
positioned within the streetwear category.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the creative design, content creation and artwork execution of all digital withtheability to support on print and in-store marketing.
Work with the Creative manager to oversee the visual design direction of the HIP brand,ensuring all activations fall in line with brand guidelines and aesthetic.
Ensuring brand consistency across all channels, working with retail and digital marketing teamsto execute campaignsseamlessly.
Complete graphical designs for promotional offers such as Sale & Mid Seasonetc.
Work on exclusive collaborative projects working with product design and marketing teams tocreate a concept and design campaigns for brand collaborations.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop campaign creative that aligns with thebusiness direction and brand personas.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager & Creative Manager to roll out launch events - ideating
concepts and plans for brand & product launch events (in store and external).
Day to day ownership of the design creative content and artwork to ensure project deadlinesare met.
Track projects and regularly report progress to the Lead.
Champion individual development and foster a team atmosphere.
Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated previousexperience across, design and artwork roles.
Competent digital designer who can create engaging and on-brand visual content quickly. and accurately using Adobe CS platforms.
Able to work accurately and effectively, quickly turn work around whilst maintaininga highlevelof quality.
Experience of selling product through marketing and/or retail sales (either B2C or B2B).
The ability to work in a fast-moving environment as part of a collaborative team.
Must be self motivatedand pro-active to successfully manage own workload.
Adobe Creative Suite knowledge includingPhotoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
Knowledge of HTML,Adobe Flash and After Effects is advantageous.
Experience of UX design would be beneficial.
Strong all round creative portfolio, expressing layout skills in web design, typography,photographyand graphic design.
Ability to clearly articulate ideas and planning
Excellent grasp of streetwear fashion and sneaker knowledge.
