Responsible to: Stock Integrity Supervisor   

Location: Kingsway Distribution Centre 

Shifts: 4 on 4 off - Team 2 Days

Role Overview

We are looking for individuals to work as part of the Stock Integrity teams. These roles will support the Team Leader, Supervisor and Manager in dealing with all aspects relating to Stock Integrity and identifying the root cause of any issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To investigate stock integrity issues as directed by the Stock Integrity Supervisor.
  • To liaise closely with the Stock Integrity Supervisor to agree focus/priorities on process investigations.
  • To identify and recover missing/misaligned stock.
  • Process/Procedures investigations as directed by Stock Integrity Supervisor.
  • Documentation of who, where and when colleagues have not undertaken processes correctly for escalation to relevant individuals
  • Support Retail and internet operations to reduce abandonments and improve stock availability.
  • The ability to react positively to change in priority of work.
  • Identification of any training requirements during investigations.
  • To undertake any other ad hoc duties as required in line with the needs of the business

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Systems knowledge to include WMS, Shogun, Oracle Data warehouse
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skill.
  • Ability to prioritise work efficiently and to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Great attention to detail and able to complete detailed work to a high standard
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels using various methods
  • Excellent Problem-solving skills, seeing these through to resolution
  • Ability to build effective working relationships
  • The ability to adapt to ongoing change in systems
