Commercial Analyst – Central Europe

Responsibilities:

• Production and distribution of daily, weekly and monthly commercial reporting for the region
• Assist with the budget and reforecast process for all entities in the Central Europe region
• Provide financial input into strategic long term planning.
• Collate payroll data across all Central Europe markets and distribute weekly/monthly reports
• Assist with the preparation of quarterly bonus calculations.
• Support in analysis and reporting for Europe and ensure consistency in process across all EU markets.
• Develop and maintain financial models, ensuring data is accurate, complete and maintained regularly for all Central Europe markets
• Management of timelines and submissions in line with Group Finance deadlines and agreed timelines with stakeholders
• Active involvement in design, development and maintenance of new reports, identifying trends and issues
• Support the finance team with other ad-hoc analysis and reporting as and when required

Skills/Experience/Knowledge Needed:

• Essential
  • Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA)
  • Excel (intermediate)
  • IT literate
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • Self-motivated, willingness to learn and work with initiative
• Desirable
  • Experience working in retail
